Fourth US Patent Issued to Gabi Solutions
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has issued Patent № 10,891,576 covering Device Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Recommendations
FAIRFIELD, NJ., January 27, 2021 — Gabi’s technology portfolio is off to a rapid start to the year with its fourth USPTO issued patent under Patent № 10,891,576.
With this patent, Gabi will be able to provide an enhanced experience between its user(s) and their Account Manager who provided them with their existing Xerox® Multifunction Printer(s) by recommending a new MFP focused around a more cost-friendly solution all while providing our Xerox® Partners with an increased retention rate of their client base.

Gabi is now a protected solution with a system and method for recommending a transaction to replace a target device by calculating a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) based upon the actual device usage data. Based, at least in part, on the TCO for the target device, a recommendation is provided to replace the target device with a replacement device that has a lower TCO or a difference compared to the TCO of the target device that is a predefined range.
This new issuance continues to expand the breadth and depth of our intellectual property portfolio covering systems and methods leveraging the AI within the Gabi platform enhancing our commercial value for resellers and distributors of Gabi’s cybersecure, voice-enabled products, including Xerox®, reIMAGINEit™ ️and Global Products Alliance.
