Gabi Solutions Issued Second U.S. Patent Covering AI-Based Automated Sales of Equipment, Service & Supplies
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has issued Patent № 10,812,680 further bolstering Gabi’s Intellectual Patent Portfolio
FAIRFIELD, NJ., November 3, 2020 — On October 29th, the USPTO approved Patent № 10,812,680 for “System and method for securely accessing, manipulating and controlling documents and devices using natural language processing” towards our voice-to-command touchless solution, Gabi.

With the issued patent, a transaction request is initiated by the user’s electronic device, the electronic device is connectable to a network and the electronic document is accessible over the network.
The system includes a smart box (aka Gabi Smartbox) connectable to the network and having a processor and memory storing general purpose and special purpose software. One or more monitoring bots storable in the memory of the smart box are configured to collect data for the transaction request pertaining to at least one of the user, a process or the transaction.
